Message Ark aims to incorporate in the privacy haven, Panama; with primary messaging servers to be located in Poland. Both territories reside outside the 14 Eyes Intelligence Sharing Pact , making it exceedingly difficult for corrupt politicians to get their hands on your data.
The distributed nature of the Message Ark team will mean, at any one time, the majority of staff will be in a politically stable region; in addition, team members stay off-radar, so they likely won’t be targetted.
